Opening Procedures

  • There are several ways of placing an Order through us:Click here to place an order On-line.
  • Once wire payment has been received, we will establish your IBC within five business days and at that time all documents will be sent to your address.
  • Shelf Corporations are usually sent out within 1-2 business days, assuming that no additional Apostles are required for documents.
  • Once you receive your Account Opening Documents, we require you to sign Account Applications where applicable (we will provide complete instructions), and forward them back to us with all required documentation.
  • Once your documents are received back, we will set up the accounts and forward you complete account instructions for funding and use of the account and contact details of the financial institution.
    In many cases emailed document are sufficient to open account.
